Qatar Stamps issued in 1969 - Qatar Security Forces

As Qatar began taking its first steps towards independence from Britain, it issued this set of stamps celebrating the development of its security forces and its top of the line equipment.

The stamps highlight:

1. The marching band
2. Alvis Saladin armoured car
3. Infantry Regiment 
4. The Ordnance QF-25 Pounder
