It covers the reign of H. H. Sheikh Ahmed Bin Ali Al Thani which ended just after Qatar's Independence.
This was one of the most bountiful years of Qatar's philatelic history. It also led to many variations, errors, and possibly forgeries. I will document as much as possible.
